  • Prepare and put into use a Feature Sheet with appropriate maps and surveys.
  • Provide regular inquiry summary which, at Seller’s choice, will be by telephone, fax, mail, e-mail
  • or 1-800 number. This summary will include calls, showings, results of showings, etc.
  • Provide counsel and advise on the negotiations of all offers.
  • Coordinate the preparation of closing documents.
  • Review and explain all closing documentation with you prior to closing.
  • Work together with you to achieve your goals and insure your total satisfaction.
